Claudia Klawe | KW Utah Realtors
Claudia has served in the real estate industry for over 30 years and has established herself as a specialist in the marketing and sales of luxury properties in several different markets. Her career began in Honolulu, Hawaii where she developed her skills in luxury condo sales before moving back to her hometown of Park City, Utah in the early 90s. She prides herself on specializing in the Wasatch Front and Wasatch Back and knows the differences and details of both markets. Using her new home sales experience, she has successfully sold numerous new communities in Cottonwood Heights, Sandy, Holladay, Park City, Deer Valley, and Hideout.
Claudia has taken on nearly every role in the industry; Sales Agent, Team Lead, Branch Broker, and Principal Broker. She has founded and operated her own brokerage, Claudia Klawe & Associates, and has opened several branch brokerages including Equity Real Estate Luxury Group and IMpower Wasatch. For years Claudia enjoyed management and new business development opportunities while training and mentoring her fellow Realtors.
Through all of her time in the business, she has learned time and again that her true passion is serving her clients. She uses her years of experience to help her clients make the best decisions and grow their wealth through real estate. Claudia’s greatest joy is sharing that passion with her son, Adam, who works alongside her. Claudia and Adam own and operate The Klawe Group together and have teamed up to better serve their clients.

Adam Klawe | Communie
My name is Adam Klawe Jr. I’m a fiancé, soon-to-be father, brother, son, and a realtor. I’m a Utah local who loves to golf, snowboard, fly-fish, travel, and love my beautiful state. I also love to help people and the way that I’ve chosen to do that best is through real estate.
I firmly believe in the power of homeownership. As a real estate professional, I study the market relentlessly, so I can educate and inform my clients to equip them with the information they need to make the best decisions possible. My ultimate goal is to help everyone in my circle build wealth through real estate.
I was thrust in the real estate industry at a young age. Both of my parents were realtors, and my mother has been a broker most of my life. I thought it was amazing when I was growing up and it provided our family a great life. Then I saw the real estate market crash during the great recession, all the horrors that came with that time period, and I thought I would never want to sell real estate! Well, never say never; I got my real estate license at 19 and worked in the business part time until I graduated from the University of Utah in 2016.
I started working full time selling homes with my mother, Claudia, while simultaneously helping her run her own brokerage. We primarily focused on the Park City market selling luxury property. After a short period, I thought it was time to get my own experience and I had the opportunity to sell new construction. I started working for a builder/developer selling luxury townhomes in Sandy, UT and was able to watch 20 acres of raw land turn into a thriving community with 150 families. Since then, I’ve continued my dedication to my craft and obtained my broker’s license in 2021.
Through my time in real estate, I’ve helped hundreds of families and my passion for real estate has grown even more. In 2022 I teamed back up with my mother, Claudia Klawe, to form the Klawe Group at Keller Williams Utah Realtors. We recognized that we could better serve our clients together with our combined experience and knowledge. We would love the opportunity to serve you.
